Questions
Can a client approve a change order without an account?
Yes. They open the link, review the change, sign and pay if a payment is due.
Do I need Stripe?
Only to collect card payments. You connect your own Stripe account in Settings; the money goes to you.
Does it replace my accounting software?
No. BuildFlow tracks job costs and payments for each project. Keep your bookkeeping in your accounting tool.
